Central Air Conditioning Pty Ltd commenced operations in December 1994, with Darren Grotto as managing director and owner. Darren still proudly owns and directs the company and now employs over 15 fulltime employees.

Central Air Conditioning's main areas of operation are the supply and installation of ducted and split air conditioning systems to both the domestic and commercial projects. These installations have been carried out with the support of major brands in the industry such as Mitsubishi Electric, Actron Air and Polyaire products.

Our company sub contracts to several major home builders all over the Sydney metropolitan area as well as the Newcastle & Wollongong regions. They include Wincrest Homes, Daleth Homes, WR. Fitzsimmons, Home Team, Cosmopolitan Living & Denmay Homes

Our light commercial work includes mechanical and carpark ventilation, ducted as well as VRF CITY MULTI reverse cyle airconditioning systems. Major commercial projects have included works for Grosvenor Constructions, Maggiotto Building, Built Constructions, Long and Associates, Cosmopolitan Constructions and Belconnen Constructions.
